Hi everyone! Todays question wont be as exciting as the last few day because the question doesnt have as in depth of an answer.
Day 05: How often do you play sports?
in short not ever! I used to kickbox a few years back and did Thai Kwon Do when i was a kid but im not inro organized group activities. I prefer to go for a run or do yoga stretches (not for mental clarity or stress) but to maintain flexability.
